CAFCASS Data shows case burden lower than last year, but uptick so far this year

CAFCASS have published their most recent statistics as to workload and headlines are: In May 2024 Cafcass received 4,773 new children's cases (7,321 children); The average daily demand level in May 2024 was 227 children's cases per working day compared to 229 children's cases…
