CPS announces first conviction for breach of a Domestic Abuse Protection Order

On 13 th January 2025 a man pleaded guilty at Croydon Magistrates’ Court to breaching a Domestic Abuse Protection Order issued by Bromley Magistrates’ court on 11 th January 2025. This was the first prosecution and conviction since the orders commenced on 27 th November 2024.…
