Customers’ satisfaction and experience of the Child Maintenance Service surveyed

Less than half of customers are satisfied with the Child Maintenance Service’s overall performance of its services. Only 45 per cent of all CMS customers said they were either fairly or very satisfied with the overall service provided by CMS in a DWP Experience Survey for 2022…
