Legal aid spending on family law rose by 14 per cent in last quarter

Legal aid spending on family law matters increased by 14 per cent, year on year, during April to June 2023. The latest figures have been published by the Ministry of Justice. During that period there were 30,308 legally-aided family law matters up 7 per cent on the same period…
