MIAMS decreased by 17 per cent in the last quarter

Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting (MIAMs) decreased by 17 per cent between October and December 2021 compared to the previous year and currently stand at around a third of pre-LASPO levels. Family mediation starts decreased by 20 per cent and total outcomes decreased…
