President of the Family Division to retire in 2018

Sir James Munby, the President of the Family Division, is to retire in 2018. The Law Society Gazette reports that a spokesperson for the judiciary confirmed a report in The Times that he will be stepping down in 18 months. Sir James will be 70 in July 2018. Sir James was called…
