Consultant Family Law Solicitor – Financial Remedy & Separation Agreements (Ad Hoc / Remote)
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor to work with us on an ad hoc, remote consultancy basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and proven experience drafting separation agreements, and cohabitation agreements.
You must be able to undertake work through your own law firm, holding a current practising certificate, and be authorised and regulated by the SRA. You should also maintain your own professional indemnity insurance and be able to work independently to a high standard.
